A polished business website with online scheduling, built around your brand and connected to an established booking service. Give customers a clear path from discovering your business to choosing a time.

A focused, useful foundation

Everything your first booking needs.

For local service businesses, independent professionals, and small teams that need a credible website and a straightforward way to schedule.

01 / PRESENT YOUR BUSINESS

A website that feels like you

A polished main page or up to three simple pages using your supplied logo, colors, service descriptions, and photos.

02 / MAKE SCHEDULING SIMPLE

Working online booking

Connect one calendar and configure an appointment type so customers can choose an available date and time.

03 / FIT YOUR WORKDAY

Your hours. Your availability.

Set business hours, appointment length, and time between appointments in the selected scheduling service.

04 / KEEP CUSTOMERS INFORMED

Booking confirmations

Configure confirmation emails through your chosen booking provider, within the features of your selected plan.

05 / CHECK THE EXPERIENCE

Ready for phones and computers

Review the layout and test the booking journey on mobile and desktop before launch.

06 / GET THE DETAILS RIGHT

Two rounds of revisions

Refine the agreed design and content with two feedback rounds before the finished site launches.

From idea to available appointments

A clear route to launch.

The starting package assumes one business, one booking calendar, and client-supplied content. Multi-staff scheduling, complex integrations, custom applications, original photography, and substantial copywriting need a separate scope.

  1. Agree the scope. Confirm your services, page count, booking needs, and provider costs.
  2. Build and connect. Apply your branding, organize your content, and configure the booking service.
  3. Refine and launch. Complete two revision rounds, test scheduling, and hand over the agreed setup.

Keep ownership. Understand the costs.

The build fee is only one part.

We choose the platform to fit your scope and budget. These are low-cost examples, not required purchases or charges included in the $750 build fee.

Example setupProvider costBest fit & limits
Square Free$0/month subscriptionA basic online booking website. Custom domains and advanced features depend on the selected eligible plan. Payment processing fees apply when you collect payments.
Carrd Pro Standard + Calendly Free$19/year + domain registrationA branded one-page website linked to a booking page. Calendly Free supports one event type and one connected calendar. Carrd is the one-page option; a multi-page site needs a different agreed setup.

Provider pricing checked October 19, 2026 and may change. Confirm current plan features and costs before purchase. Domain registration is separate; paid features, hosting, and transaction fees depend on the provider. Client accounts and subscriptions remain in your name.

Illustrative application / Yard maintenance

Start with “Book an Estimate.”

Let a customer schedule a property visit first. Once the owner understands the size and condition of the yard, they can quote the work and reserve the right amount of time.

EXAMPLE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Find the service → choose a visit → receive confirmation

A clear service description, a prominent “Book an Estimate” action, and available appointment times. This is an example workflow, not a live booking calendar or a customer result.

Your next step

Let’s scope your website.

Review WECU’s current consultation options or prepare a project brief. We’ll confirm the package scope, platform, and separate running costs before you commit.

The project brief is a local worksheet; it does not send your information. The booking page links to WECU’s current Wix services. The $750 website package is scoped separately.
